Refund Policy

At Weed Club DC, we are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in the case of damaged or defective items.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Exchange Policy

We understand that certain situations may require an exchange of products. Please be aware of our exchange conditions:

• Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of product receipt.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability and are at our discretion.
• Products must be in their original, unopened condition. We do not accept exchanges for any used products.
• Defective cartridges, subject to evaluation, may be exchanged for the same item if returned in original packaging and mostly unused.
• Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange.

Store Credit

Under exceptional circumstances, we may offer store credit for items that are defective or do not meet our quality standards. Please contact our customer service team for support.
